At wroughtons we offer a fixed price call out for small jobs..
How it works
After we have discussed what works you want undertaken, we will visit you as the agreed time,
Our call out fee charged upon booking is £40 which includes for 20 minuits travelling time & the first 40 minuits at your address.
Extra hours in quarter hour segments are charged thereafter. £10 per quarter hour.

We will agree what works you require done, & agree who is supplying materials etc.

If we need to collect or purchase materials this is also charged in the same way., at the same rate.
We will give you an estimate of the time & subsiquent cost we expect the work to complete, but please be aware that Changing what you want, Adding extra jobs & even requesting less work, may incur additional costs, if for example we have to return materials to a supplier, or do extra jobs to what was originally requested.

Payment for most jobs is upon completion, but will be agreed wih you prior to starting works.
Please be aware that on larger projects, stage payments & deposits may be required eg with building work.
If so we will agree this with you, & put it into a written agreement between us.
